Congrats Mississauga BJJ Athletes!

Congratulations to our BJJ Team who recently competed in the Joslin’s BJJ Tournament.  It was awesome to see beginners and seniors back on the mat, even though some of them were injured.  The team did very well, bringing home a couple of medals and war stories!  Thanks to Scott Lewis and Frank Marques for building a great team!  Jd

Wagnney Wins MMA Match by KO!

Congrats to our friend Wagnney Fabiano for winning his MMA match by KO.  Wagnney defended his title against Shad Lierly in the IFL.  Wagnney is Scott Lewis‘ Brazilian Jiu Jitsu coach and just recently his brother Leo was here for an awesome 2 day seminar.  Way to go Wagnney!  Jd
