One of the things I have always loved about talking with my good friend and Kru Joey is that he is so well read and interesting. He is always imparting his knowledge and wisdom and has helped me and probably every one at Kombat in countless ways.

Recently Joey has read this book and recommended it quite highly. It’s got great information on everything from nutrition to all round healthy living.
