Way of the Warrior was a series aired by the BBC in 1983 now regarded as classic viewing material for martial artists. Each of its eight episodes delved into a different martial art, exploring its history, philosophy and methods.
Sifu Dan Inosanto is featured in this clip from their episode on kung-fu explaining the theories behind Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do, which revolutionized martial arts training and paved the way for MMA as we know it today. Some really great vintage footage!
