Final Testing for 9 Week Challenge

New Muay Thai Classes at Mississauga Kombat!

  Starting in the Fall (date to be announced) we will be adding a new class to the schedule.  This will be a Muay Thai class in the morning at 9.00 AM or 9.30 AM.  It will be scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday mornings.  We will try this class out for about 3 months to see how the attendance is like.  Check back with this blog for future details-Jd

Prepping for Thai Boxing Match

Hey guys, just wanted to share with you some of the training tools that we used to prep some of the athletes for the Kaos at Kombat Thai Boxing show.  Here we are using a Head Camera on David Edwards as he holds pads for Andrea.  This is the 3rd or 4th round of pad work.  The head cam allows us to review the training session and to look for any holes in our athlete’s game.  If you are interested in a private lesson involving the use of the head cam to evaluate your training, let me know, Jd
