Need Inspiration?

When I feel lazy, or unmotivated to train, I always seem to come across some inspirational story like this one.  I am reminded that I love training in the martial arts and that I am lucky that I can train in it and I drag my lazy butt into the gym.  Training in the martial arts takes a lot of discipline.  Discipline to stick with it and discipline to even get to the gym.  In any case let me know what you think of the video, and I look forward to seeing you at Kombat-Jd

Congrats to Mississauga & Brampton Kombat Thai Boxing Fighters

Congratulations to our athletes who competed in the latest TKO Fighting Arts Thai boxing show. Kareem Hamilton did very well for his 1st fight against Dustin Mattingley, winning by unanimous decision, and Ante Hrkac, fought very well despite losing to Drew Ruttle via split decision.  The Kombat Arts is very proud of you guys!
